Locations:
1. Archaeological site of the Roman Villa of Via San Rocco and Archaeological Park of the Quadrilatero.

2. Sacred Area of Schiavi di Abruzzo.

Duration: 1-week sessions.

Sessions in 2015:
1. June 15 to 20
2. June 22 to 27
3. June 29 to 4 July
4. July 6 to 11
5. July 13 to 18
6. July 20 to 25
7. august 31 to 5 September
8. September 7 to 12

It is possible to attend multiple shifts with different programs.
With a number of requests exceeding 15 participants, additional sessions can be activated outside the sessions and dates listed above.

Certification: Certification will be issued with the number of hours, lessons and workshops attended.

Cost per session per week: € 120.00 for San Salvo; about Schiavi di Abruzzo, take information from the above-cited contacts.

Personal equipment:
-CE-standard Safety shoes
-work gloves, CE-standard
-pillow or  kneepads
-water bottle
-headgear
-long pants that cover and protect the ankles
-raincoat or windbreaker

NB The summer camp in San Salvo is just a few dozen meters from two bars, a restaurant, a cafe and a supermarket.

Insurance: paid by the organization.

Documentation to be delivered upon arrival at the camp:
-identification document with a photocopy,
-health card with photocopy.
-medical certificate of good health

Activities related to excavation:
-Classes regarding technique and methods of archaeological excavation
-Execution of excavation documentation: filling out forms from the field, survey, photography, restoration
-Laboratory of restoration and cataloging of furniture
-Guided tours of the Archaeological Park of the Quadrilatero.

There are different teaching units for the different levels of knowledge, skills and abilities.

Optional activities:
Participation in trips to explore the territory of the Samnites, the Frentani, of Magna Graecia and the Romans.
Participation in conferences, meetings and events on Cultural Heritage.

Terms
Applications must complete and submit the appropriate registration form by June 1, 2015 for the June and July sessions, and 20 August for the September sessions by email to:  [email protected] or fax: 0039 0873 363 242.
Upon registration, a deposit of € 50.00 in cash or bank transfer must be paid. (see registration form) This will be reimbursed should the participant fail to attend – on condition the organizers are notified within 15 days prior to chosen session.
Selections will be made on a first-come-first-serve basis until maximum capacity is reached per session. Late registration may be considered, but not guaranteed, and acceptance can only be communicated the day before the actual start of the session.
To those excluded from the selected session, an alternative session will be proposed. Should the alternative be refused, the advance deposit will be returned.
